I have had a passion for nails since my early teens. Always watching the latest YouTube videos on application techniques, products and the latest nail art trends. In 2018 I completed my Certificate 3 in Nail Technology. I started Nails by Shelby soon after completing my qualification, working around my office job but in 2020 I took the plunge and quit my office job so that I could do what I loved full time.
For me, nails are not just a way of treating yourself, to feel good, but also a way of expression. I am always completing research on the brands I use, as well as the latest techniques to be sure my knowledge remains up to date and my clients only ever receive the highest quality treatments.
Outside of nails, I am a mum and a wife. I enjoy a few games of walking netball throughout the year and if my body allowed, I would be on horseback every opportunity I got.
