PRICING:
Pricing for services, products and any other applicable charges are all displayed on the price list.
Prices are reviewed on 30 June each year and are subject to change upon review.
A notice of 30 days will be given via Facebook, Instagram and email for any price increases occurring.
FIXES AND REPAIRS:
If a nail lifts or becomes scratched or is mis-shaped within the first 48 hours of a service, you nail will be fixed at no cost. You must notify the salon of any damage within 48 hours of your service and arrange an appointment to have the nail fixed.
If you do not notify the salon within the 48 hours of your treatment, there will be a charge of $5 per nail to fix any damage.
If you feel that the damage, lifting, scratching etc was not caused by yourself and was from the treatment, please send through photos of your nails and what you think caused the damage so that we can assess the damage to your nails and work with you on a price for any fixes that are required to be done.
Once you leave the salon, we will accept that this means you are happy with the treatment you have received. Please voice any concerns or discrepancies you may have regarding your treatment whilst it is still being performed or before leaving the salon. It is my aim to ensure all clients are 100% happy with the treatment they have received and are happy with their finished nails.
PAYMENTS:
Payments of any treatments or products must be finalised on completion of the treatment and before leaving the salon. We do not accept any I.O.U’s.
Payment can be made via cash, direct debit or eftpos using a square device.
All payments via the square device will incur a surcharge fee of 1.9%.
If you would like a receipt for your payment and or purchase of products, please let me know at the time of payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS:
You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel you appointment. A charge of 25% will be applied to your next treatment should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
You must give notice if you are going to be late for an appointment. If you are more then 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Gift Cards will not be honoured trying to be redeemed after the expiry date.
You are responsible for your gift card. Lost or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or redeemable.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS:

We will work to resolve any complaints within 72 hours of the complaint being received.
Your feedback is highly valued and very welcome to help improve the salon and all services I provide to my clients.
PRIVACY:
Any information we collect from you will not be given to a third party without your consent.
Information provided by you to the salon is only used to allow me to provide each client with appropriate services and to better understand my clients lifestyle, activities and nail conditions so that we can personalise each service.
Your contact details will only be used by the salon to send you any promotions or sales and to let you know changes to salon hours or closure periods.
We will also use your details to confirm and discuss any booked appointments.
SALON HOURS OF OPERATION:
The hours of operation a subject to change at any time depending on public holidays, leave or other circumstances.
Bookings can be made outside of these hours, however your request for an appointment outside of these hours may not always be granted.
The current hours of operation are:
Monday 4:45 pm to 9pm
Tuesday Closed
Wednesday 4:45 pm to 9 pm
Thursday 4:45 pm to 9 pm
Friday 4:45 pm to 9 pm
Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
